Always stay environmentally conscience

Hey guys when working out and eat healthy be sure to also be environmentally conscience of the products you're using. For instance when drinking water buy bottles that are made from mostly recycled material. When eating? Organic food  is also a way to protect the environment!

Proof that it works!!👍👍

Eat healthy and exercise consistently and you'll have a great turn out!! Hard work does pay off!:)

Instead Of Eating Those Items,You Can Substitute Them With Healthier Items. Such as:

1. Yogurt (Greek)
2. Fruits
3. Bagels
4. Granola Bars

Early Morning Cardio

A great way to stay fit is to do a Light Morning Workout to just get your stamina working. Some different techniques that the light workout include are:

1. 50 Crunches
2. 1 mile on the track or Treadmill (4 laps)
3. 2 One Minute Planks

Doing One Or Two Of These Every Morning Will Show Improvement !

Health Fact of the day

The more fresh foods you consume, the healthier you will be. Foods that do not expire contain unnatural preservatives, additives, and chemicals that deteriorate your body. Focus on fruits, vegetables, lean meats, whole grains, low-fat dairies, and above all, moderation in whatever you eat.
