My weekly schedule!!
For my weekly exercise activities, I walk around the lake once and then I run around the lake which is about 2 miles, then I come home and drink 2 bottled of water before I start the core challenge. Starting on Monday my friend and I will start working out at the free employee gym at out job for an hour. Pictures will be up soon!!
