A great way to stay fit is to do a
Light Morning Workout to just get your stamina working. Some different techniques that the light workout include are:
1. 50 Crunches
2. 1 mile on the track or Treadmill (4 laps)
3. 2 One Minute Planks
Doing One Or Two Of These Every Morning Will Show Improvement !
