Weekly Activity and Nutrition Goals

1. Participated in at least 1 hour of vigorous activity or 10,000 steps five days a week

2. Make healthy eating choices

3. Exhibit positive sexual behaviors

4. Encourage others to adopt active and nutritious lifestyles

5. Adhere to guidelines established in Group Pledge

How To Get Challenge Points

2 Points of each hour of physical activity

5 Points for participating in MJYF group physical activity session

3 Points for each guest brought to MJYF group sessions

2 Points for each day you accomplish designated nutrition target

5 Points for getting others to join Pledge

10 Points for getting others to document nutrition and physical activity

2 Points for every Blog Post

L3 Challenge Prizes for MJYF Leadership Academy Fellows

Fellow with most points at end of week will get $10 Gift Card

Fellow with most points at end of month will get $100 Gift Card

Fellow with most points at end of six months will get iPad

Top three fellows with most points in a year will get a laptop computer, iPAd, and/or college scholarship
