I was at the gym


Hi people! Okay, so my friend was recently sent to the hospital for being dehydrated and the doctor has told him to drink plenty of water. All he drinks is milk and never any water. I thought milk was good for you. But anyways, we have decided to drink half a gallon of water a day and whoever doesn't had to pay the other person 5$. I think having money involved is really making this deal work. We both eat fruit a day so we can keep the doctor away. Lol you guys should too! :)

Work Out !!

Today during PE, I ran another mile and also played football . I forgot to take a picture but when I go back to PE on Thursday I will defiantly upload a picture ! Everybody continue to work Hard and Strive for Your Goal !!

Drinking water in style ;)

6 words. Get. A. Cute. Water. Bottle. I've recently just got one and too my surprise I bring it to school every single day. I  find myself constantly filling it up from the water fountains at school(Trying to stop using water bottles).  In fact, déjà sits beind be in math class. Yup, I'm talking bout' the cute fancy looking orange water bottle, she know WASSUP ;) lol another thing I started doing is cutting up lemon and putting them in the water. I got this idea from another friend in my math class. Who knew lemon water cuts down craving...well, not me.
