March Goals


Nutrition Goals
·       Week 1 – Week 3: March 3-24
o   Drink at least eight glasses (64oz) of water a day
·       Week 4 – Week 5: March 24-April 6
o   No sugar sweetened beverages (i.e. soda, fruit juices, kool-aid, sports drinks, flavored water)

Leadership Goals
·       Get at least three people to join you in challenge activities (Document by having them keep a log and posting pictures to the L3 Blog)
·       Invite at least one person out to MJYF Group Fitness Activity

Physical Activity Goals
·       Participated in at least 2 hour of vigorous physical activity outside of your extracurricular activities and physical education classes

  1. So do I get separate points for doing 1 hr of exercise and then points for the different actives? Say for instance I did 4 miles in a hr, do I get points for the 4 miles and the hour.

  6. I drink two to three bottles of water everyday seven days a week. Two full hours of soccer practice after school on Tuesdays, Wednsday, and Thursdays. I haven't eaten any fried foods or fast food since we started, nor have I had any pork or beef ONLY turkey!

  8. everyone knows my opinion about drinking plain water but since the challenge ive got up to 3 bottles of water a day and im proud of it. Plus ive got my family trying to at least go to the recreation center when ever we get the free time. I knew this was gonna be a struggle but I look forward to it :-)

  9. I have too broken my eating style down to a specific course I have started to eat sub sandwiches at lunch. Its healthier and it helps me lose weight when I exercise. Deja you have been doing good with drinking water consistently.
