My weekly schedule!!
For my weekly exercise activities, I walk around the lake once and then I run around the lake which is about 2 miles, then I come home and drink 2 bottled of water before I start the core challenge. Starting on Monday my friend and I will start working out at the free employee gym at out job for an hour. Pictures will be up soon!!

Another tip, is if your like me and don't like to count push ups or sit ups try listening to your favorite songs while you do them. Its also a great way to start the day!
